My target is much higher than 2.20. AAF will be under the strong arms of Muthoot Finance Ltd which is the largest Gold loan company in the world.

The Profit after tax of Muthoot for 31/03/2014 is INR 7.8 billion which is Rs. 17 billion in SL rupees. This is more than JKH profit for 31/03/2014.

I'm sure in long run AAF will be the leading finance company in Sri Lanka with the back up of very strong Muthoot Finance Ltd.

This is the reason why the chairman of AAF is collecting huge quantities. If you are a medium term or long term investor this may be the best company to buy.

After 5 December, there will be several positive announcements from AAF which will drive the share price up.

Well said dinesh and Independent advisor's report clearly says that mandatory offer price is undervalued based on different valuation techniques..Therefore Wait guys , more to come..my target price is 3+ bom

Pls dont laugh at him.this kind of penny stock may have a long journey in some day in future. Some companies are like sleeping giants.i asked 5,000/ rupees from my mom and invest. I didnt have any knowledge at the time,so i baught VANIk incorpotation. I lost from that.the company also not there at the moment.but i didnt give up.i purchased shares as a hobby,as a saving. My over roll return stands more than 700 percent at the moment.i diversified my investments.i sold most shares in time to time.invested in lands also.some spices market too. I always believe that a sloly run have a longest tour.wishes for your succees from overseas.

Suranga, refer to previous posts on this share. Members have discussed about this extensively, major highlight is that Muthoot finance (one of India's largest investment company) purchased nearly 51% of AAF. I'm sure thay might have a good strategy and a business plan. This share is medium term or mostly long term investment. So my advise is to hold it. I have some shares as well.
