Suranga, refer to previous posts on this share. Members have discussed about this extensively, major highlight is that Muthoot finance (one of India's largest investment company) purchased nearly 51% of AAF. I'm sure thay might have a good strategy and a business plan. This share is medium term or mostly long term investment. So my advise is to hold it. I have some shares as well.

Yes.if Asia capital disposes this it will moved to a heigher level.Share price could be justified by its earnings. Next two quarters will give its direction very clearly.

Within 2 or 3 quarters they will be able to wipe out its accumulated losses. Accordingly they will have a clean balance sheet and possibility of declaring dividend is high.
This is a mid to long term investment for me.

Steady improvement of interest income, Gross profit and net profit shows that the company is in early stage of growth. Huge potential on long term. I am into it long term.

Yesterday it was heavily traded. Over 55 Million. If big seller has finished selling his stake ,then it will affect the share price.

Hi Guys,

What are ur thoughts on the above counter?

I was told by my broker (Asha Phillips) to collect this as an Indian finance company (Muthoot Finance Limited) has acquired a 60% stake on them.

Further, Net Asset Value of AAF stands at the range of Rs.1.80 & any price below this would be a good price to buy (currently this trades @ Rs.1.60 )

Indian acquisition happened long time ago and that is an old news now. You need to see whether their performances are attractive enough to invest. The quantities in the market is also very high meaning liquidity is very high so manipulation too would be difficult.

AAF is a highly liquid share more than 130 million shares in the market; even 10 cents increase will attract huge amount of share influx.
