if u closely look the bolinger, the lines has become thinner and thinner. RSI is at the level of 30 which shows a good buy in couple of days to come. But check the parabolic line. I cant see it over here. I believe that the candles and the line may be almost over laying. I think this picture is not the full one which u have. Please upload the thumbonail also.

now now.. this looks excellent for me brother. For sure i will add this to my watch list. Now when i say watch list, that does not mean this is a buy sell or hold signal.

Oki lets get back to techno. The bollinger is very attractive since after a bottle neck it seems to be on a rising gap in the top and low bollinger curves. Apart from that the candles has touched the lower bollinger curve at the same time which the RSI hits below 30 level. Even a small buy pressure could keep this share going upwards.

Now the above is purely only on techno. Do not buy sell or hold due to techno since techno only it self does not work at cse all the time. Therefore should look at its fundamentals. Expert on that segment should write on that for us to get a complete picture.

you asked for the values. not the source.

anyway, refer these
http://forum.srilankaequity.com/t6082-how-can-i-find-past-per-and-pbv-values
http://forum.srilankaequity.com/t865-how-to-find-sector-p-e-via-dfn-or-cselk
http://forum.srilankaequity.com/t3017-where-can-i-find-pe-ratios-of-various-sectors

those are normally for sectors for which calculation is not easy.
EPS can be obtained from the latest financial reports which can e obtained from CSE
Latest P/E of a company can be calculated from that.
