Actually I don't touch CSF due to many reasons. Especially their records are not good from beginning which was the asanga senavirathnas time.
That time lot of big stories came such like Malaysian investors are going to buy CSF above 30 rupees like that.
Those time Nation Lanka equities made a huge losses to their clients.
How ever now the big thieve asanga is not there so that's why Nation Lanka is in a small progress at the moment.
How ever they have very big accumilated losses nearly 1,500 million in balance sheets.
Some loans and advances given have no proper documentation so very difficult to collect some debt even no provisions have been made.
In simply they are showing more than 5000 million loans and advances but some of them are very hard to collect due to this issue. The funny thing is they haven't done proper provisions for these loans which is a part of misleading financials.
They have 100 million plus gold advances but interest is in accrual basis ,no cash is collecting for that. Most of the said jwelleries were deposited 2-3 years earlier but customers haven't come to recollections.
So 3 auctions were held in Kandy were unsuccessful as most of the jwelleries have been granted 55,000 per pound.
Now market gold price is less so customers are not coming for the recovery.
How ever now company shows some improvement continuously last 4 quarters but they want to earn at least 5-8 years to remove accumilated losses from balance sheets.
Also they are depending of high volume customer deposits over 5 billion with high FD rates. So interest expenses will be so high.
How ever entering below 1.70 is still worth with future development s.
Medium to long term it can go to 2.20-2.30 levels at least after 2 quarter financials.

Yes ALUF will get sister effect as I said earlier. Definitely ALUF can pass 60 levels . there is a big reason for that .
ALUF also major holding HAYleys so going to enter billion sales agreement . this announcement may come around November some times early next year.
ALUF also have high level of blood heating PV scatters so small attention can give a mega blast.
There are many more reasons to ALUF growth .
ALUF free cash nearly 150+ million . the recent oversubscribed HAYleys debentures money are rotating every where in subsidiaries.
Initially ALUM climbed 15 to 18 levels. HEXP got a good attention but still ALUF didn't get much attention.
In medium term ALUF can climb to 75+ levels with modern developments. Most if the HAYleys developments main supplier will be ALUF based on material needs.
Now ALUF is providing all materials to Mr.dhammika s hotels also. The best example is Kingsbury.
That's totally materials from ALUF..
Tomorrow ALuF can touch 55-57 levels.
previously ALUF was trading 140 levels but that's a pure manipulation.
How ever medium to long ALUF can touch 75+ levels easily most probably before ending of this year.

You talked about BLIs micro finance business very positively but not mentioning CSFs micro finance business initiatives. if you read through my analysis they are earning an average interest yield in excess of 40% only second to BLI. in terms of profitability is it good or bad if you look from the BLI glasses.

In micro finance business There are leaders .
Commercial credit,prime grameen, Kanrich finance,berandina,Bimputh Lanka are the leaders in terms of loans and advances given.
Nation Lanka has a little market share in micro financing,
Nation Lanka loan book consists of mainly leases and hire purchases.
And most of the fund requirement was fulfilled by customer deposits which can be little costly compare to others.
How ever Nation Lanka showing some progress with new management.

I agree with you Equity Champ, HEXP share price will be up from tomorrow, this is a golden opportunity for Bartleet Securities, and their agent as well as their henchmen in this forum will do their best to send the HEXP at sky rocket price, but again it will come down to its earlier position, so many will come to the road with empty pocket. Land sale value increase is mere nominal value increase only benefit to Bartleet Securities and its Agent in this forum.   

Mrs Sangeetha is like Thilanga Sumathipala and Teller is like Muttai Muralidharan.
