How can that be? Banks and brokers don't give that higher margin after Covid. Most brokers trade on cash

I get your point. But we have tested 6000 twice now and I don't see it dropping below 6000 before reaching 6200 again.

Its absolutely normal to expect a market push back when an index moved 30% up within four months. However if investors believe that future prospects are brighter than now such a pullback will be short term.

I agree with you. We have started the country after covid-19  pandemic and a GE. So now we have to accelerate by shifting gear not break the speed. Yes it is normal during a journey there can be small speed lowering. Think positive and invest in fundamentally strong shares like
HAYC
DIPD
TKYO
DFCC COMB
ACL
RCL
LMF
PLC
COLO CFLB.....

No need to panic everything will be under control. Do not sell your valuable stocks keep watching if there are chances to buy @ low prices take the opportunity. I ask all our forum members to hold and keep watching. This is another normal situation we can cop with.GL Smile Smile Smile

The woman’s daughter also tested positive. So what does this show about the Covid status in Sri Lanka? It clearly shows the lack of testing in communities prevent us from finding corona patients until they get really sick and admit themselves to hospitals. It also shows the virus is surely spreading in the community (maybe in smaller numbers) and it’s going undetected (until someone like this brandix woman shows shntoms and falls ill).

I don’t believe corona situation ( if there’s a mini or major outbreak) should rattle the economy or the stock market sentiments. Most other countries have seen increasing number of cases but there are no major restrictions now since governments can’t afford more lockdowns. We need to learn to live with it by wearing masks, social distancing and other proactive preventive methods.
