CFLB value up by 33/= because of EBCR

CFLB holds most of the good value stock. CFLB is a GOLD mine

CFLB value goes up by more than 15/= this quarter because of EBCR (CFLB is a major shareholder in EBCR, they hold 1,343,195 shares (52.98%)

When the CFLB published its last Quarterly report (29th of SEp 2020) shows the EBCR price is 1148 but today 6600.00 then the difference is 5452 so up to today the CFLB value increased by 5452*1 343 195 =7 323 099 140.00 it means 7.32 Billion
CFLB issued Number of Ordinary Shares (Voting) is 220,336,805

if you divided by this profit by total shares then each CFLB share value increase by Rs. 33.23

CFLB whatever hold stocks all go up by massive price value

CFLB is not only having EBER...they hav much more price increased shears like YOKE...so it may reach 25 with in next week

I didn't going to abstract all information. above mentioned figures, you can get idea regarding potentially they going hell. last 7 years almost CFLB lost. revenue reserve declined from 7.4Bn to 2.1Bn. They maintain negative cash flow.

compare with 2014 and 2020, CFLB total equity significantly decreased and total debt heavily increased. imagination, after 4 years, CFLB ???? CFLB unable maximize wealth of shareholder and minimize value of shareholder in each year.

now leverage too higher, they facing cash flow issues. last year, June 2020 they made Private placement @Rs.10, 19,663,195 shares, value Rs.196,631,950. purpose settlement small debt. they have to settle huge debt and as well no cash anymore.

very soon next 2 years, it will be bankruptcy. CFLB is not jem. it is trap. be safe..

here people try to exit at higher price level, director also times times exit from CFLB.

Still the market cap is below Rs4 billion yet their turnover is over Rs40 billion. This year it will surely pass Rs50 billion. After 2,3 years of rough time they mow start marking profits

Look at the annual report for their CSE investments. Good collection of potential shares & well diversified. Already they are in massive profits. It's a GEM..... Even share price of CFLB stagnates their CSE portfolio of investment has grown by big margins.

They have over 1 billion as equity investments. Notably 400k Lanka Orix leasing and 1,000,000 Commercial bank shares. That's about 1/4 of current market capital of CFLB...!!

Nicy broke Rs25. Onwards and upwards.

Fertiliser ban released will give extra income to CFLB group. They are one of the biggest companies in this sector.
Government not going to import fertilisers. CFLB have $ (from tea exports) to open LCs.

This share was first I refereed when it's price was 10.00 -11.00 range now it has appreciated more than double. But still it's subsidiaries perform well and future of this share will decide by the profit earned by it's subsidiaries mostly.
