Capital trust atrad frustrating. Not working at crucial moments. We as investors don't get fair play to trade since system not working. Need to complain SEC. Lost alot since could not trade at right time

This is stupid..... Capital Trust login is blocked from yesterday...

Sent mails and made calls, still no answer.

This Atrad problem was long happening with Capital Trust. SEC & CSE doing great job here by doing nothing.

Wondering big guns have same issue or they have preferential treatment from Capital trust.

What a Digitization CSE.

Only thing is DirectFN web system is not flexible as Atrad.

But its is very stable... Ran smoothly on Corona 2nd wave and 3rd wave.

This is only at Capitaltrust. Meet Thushan. He is the culprit. Has not improved his SAN and bandwidth along with the improved trade volumes.

I too had difficulties logging in to Atrad/Captrust this morning. Can't we complain to the cse? I'm seriously thinking of moving away from them. Can anyone recommend a good broker?

I've had no issues with Softlogic. They use DirectFN. Filled the forms and sent to them by email and got everything done. Haven't met a single person from the company in person but am very satisfied with their service.

DirectFN has a very good mobile app and is very intuitive to use on the phone. I also have a small 50k portfolio with NDB Securities just to have access to ATRAD. ATRAD is good but only if you're using it on PC. On mobile, it is awful.

Go for Softlogic.

This is not a problem with the tool. Brokers have reduced network bandwidth SAN capacities during the dry season. The greedy Thushan did not upgrade capacity even after presidential election.
