Access share is moving like step ladder pattern.
Prise always appreciated about 2 rupees & stagnant for a while.
According to the pattern it will move to 26.50.

It is very disappointing to see this share not moving similar to Tokyo. The share is fundamentally strong and technically the price should go up. (On a perfect market should have by now) I kind of feel that manipulators are behind this share and not allowing it to appreciate as it should be.

I do not hold AEL anymore.

For the ones who are holding i still consider this has a very good share and earnings will definitely improve next quarter and quarter on quarter.

The share price will go up but i think it will go up when manipulators want it to. That is why i am out of AEL.

I was doing a lot of analysis Jude. Fundamental and Technical. This share had very strong reasons for share price appreciation. While other shares i invested gave me returns this gets stuck everytime for no reason i could logically identify if not for manifestation to hold the prices. (My holding cost was too much where i could have capitalized on another share in this kind of a market)

But still as you have mentioned the company is performing very well. From what i know from a friend, bugger has no free time because they have got really busy. This share is a very good long term investment still.

(My selling is kind of breakup

due to too much attachment with the share. That is why i sold because i do not want to get attached to share i hold

)

I completely agree with you. If our advices and predictions are good and correct it will benefit to all our forum members. I strongly recommend AEL and honestly I am holding this and still collecting when prices pushing down. Let's see next week.

මහල් 10 කින් සමන්විත වර්ග අඩි 18,444 කින් යුත් එම ගොඩනැගිල්ල තුළ වාහන 252 ක් නවතා තැබීමට පහසුකම් හැක.

වර්ග අඩි 2,015 ක් වන බිම් මහලෙහි (Ground Floor) විශාල ප්‍රමාණයේ සාප්පු සංකීර්ණයක් ඉදිකිරීමට නියමිත අතර වර්ග අඩි 2,540 ක් වන පළවෙනි සහ දෙවෙනි මහල් කොළඹ කොටුව පොලිස් ස්ථානයට ලබා දීමට නියමිතයි.

Govt. budgets Rs. 2.67 t expenditure in 2021.

Highest allocations for Defence, Highways, PCs with separate allocations for State Ministries

Of the total of approximately Rs. 2,678 billion, Rs. 1,714 Bn is for recurrent expenditure while Rs. 963 Bn will be for capital expenditure.

Yes, this will be a good share to hold. @ this price also good to buy and hold. hope AEL will get majority of projects. Next two year will be turning point of AEL. if corona is controled, then this will rock , will not be able to buy in next 5 year @ this price . we have to think positive way. i have AEL in my portfolio at the begging of investing in share Mkt. already which in profit , but i don't sell , only average. if we take last 5 years ( years not good for Businessmen ) they have paid dividends. they will satisfy share holders more in next five year. hope things will good.

One of the best local construction companies in Sri Lanka. I think this should appreciate further because ACCESS already got most of the projects in our country. Smile

COLOMBO PORT CITY -INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT STAGE 1

The Colombo Port City Development Project is recently being gazetted as a National Prioritised Project, directly supervised by the Presidential Secretariat with other relevant Ministries. Having completed the initial development stage of reclamation and breakwater construction, Port City is currently at the infrastructure development stage 1, which covers the internal roads and utility connections construction.

The Special Economic Zone (SEZ) act, which is the much anticipated regulatory framework for Port City, is expected to be enacted by the Parliament before the end of this year.
