Under RS.12 is a good price. While wishing a speedy recovery for the country, similar to before EXPO will exploit this as a business opportunity.

This situation will not put the company in bad shape.

Hence, there is no reason to sell this share panicking unless you are having Financial reasons. I repurchased EXPO today too making use of the opportunity but overall loss is significant !

Let’s see how market would behave in the coming days.

Yes, My broker is JKSB brother. Well i would not comment on customer service (they are not that bad). Still the trading app is really good. They send daily and weekly reports. Last time there was a monthly report with share suggestions.

Yes, Captain. This share for me now is the most valuable share in CSE. They have started pharmaceuticals too with PPE (Personel Protective Equipment).

Further, they have opened operations in abroad also recently, expanding. With Corona, current situation there is immense possibility to sustain or improve even the current EPS. In next one year, this share has the Potential to trade above even RS.20 and RS.30. (If market situation normalizes maybe before that) Hence, if you are an investor be patient and not loose your money for day traders. You will be able to make a huge return. I am not speculating anything. This share’s price increase is backed by strong financial performance. With Corona even better now. Hence, do not loose your money if you have invested in a fundamentally good stock. Know your worth as a shareholder. Even if Sri lanka gets affected this share will outperform most of the shares in the CSE list.

Further, holding company has increased the holding. Hence, i am not sure whether they have covered the minimum holding requirement. If so, depending on what they decide to do existing shareholders will definitely benefit.

Make your own decision but do not loose your returns 😊
(I have made losses in CSE since i joined two months back but once i learnt the art i am able to recover them sooner. I do not want to see someone new like me loosing without experience like what happened to me once. That is why this comment)

And yes after doing my research - i am definitely in for this share for the long run. (Long run for CSE is like one or two years only)

That is the total ordinary shares issued brother. If you see the interim F/S (attached a pic) public share holding is *307Mn only*
This might reduce in the next quarter as well. Check the interim. Public share holding has already reduced by 9% in one quarter. Shares available for retailers are reducing.

Here guys In Sri Lnaka COVID is more fearing now.

Though EXPO.N is  good technical share & doing good job during COVID Period.

with market condition it is very difficult to stop the panic sellings. Sin ce there is many buyer who bought this share at Rs. 2/- to Rs 10/-

Few peoples may have sell this & few will look for sell in taking the profits. Since cash in hand will be very important at this point in future.

But if you could hold the shares with you, will have profit in mediam or long run surely.

Any way we hope for good.

better to go for own strategy.

What is your prediction on the EXPO price today ? Can it go down to 10.50 levels ?

Entire world has to live with COVID until proper vaccine is developed. Good thing is death rate is less than 0.5% and we have a very strong leader running the country managing the issue much better than any other country in the world.

I am wondering why Brandix cluster didnot get detected earlier until the first women got admited to Gampaha hospital for Feaver and just detected on random sampling by the time she recovered from fever. Not we found 800 odd positive cases from Brandix after PCR tests, which again shows there had not been major impact on them until PCR test was carried out. They were living their normal life.

There is a saying 'Yaka kiyana tharam Kalu nehe" we have to take all precuasions in public not to get it but have t goahead with the normal life with COVID now like all the other parts of the world.

There is no reason for our stock market to fall like this as non of the fundamentals has changed.

So my advice is donot lose yoru hard earn money. Dont sell cheap, wait until market recovers (may b one or two weeks) and if you have money collect fundamentaly sound good shares.

My recommendations are EXPO, RCL, TKYO, ACL, CIND, DIPD, HAYC and banks SAMP, HNB, DFCC, COMB, NDB at these price which is a real bargin now.

When we look at volumes, More than 230Mn shares exchanged from RS.10.70 to above since the past week from 307Mn total public holding.

Many are holding the share with losses or break even prices due to the covid price drop. (I expect at least 50/60% based on MP at which volumes are traded)

Who are holding the share for investment purposes will not sell the share.

Hence, i expect another 15-20% of public Holding will traders who are having the share for a thumping profit who can dump. (50/60Mn).

If this is purchased by investors who recognize the value of this share. Highly unlikely for a significant reduction again from the price. Since majority of the public holding will be at current market price/loss/insignificant profit.

If you think price will go down, sell and repurchare at bargain prices or average because the share is fundamentally strong. As Captain said each one as their own Strategy.

You decide. 😊

Once the collection is done, Price shot up today. I don’t expect the price to come down tomorrow. Shares engaged in exports will have a good time.

Expo has given dividend in the past and they might give a dividend as well.

EXPO P/E - 10
Estimated EPS - Minimum 2.40
Market Price Justifiable with the support of Fundamentals - RS.24

Not a buy or sell recommendation and please do not buy if you think the share is overvalued.

There might be some price adjustments and consolidation but it’s in the uptrend

EXPO EPS for Q2 is expected to be more than Q1. Expect over Rs. 2/- EPS for Q1+Q2. Annualise this you get Rs. 4/- + eps for the full year. At a conservative PE of 8 times (below market), the value of this share should be Rs. 32/- +. Global freight rates haven't changed, there is no reason for them not to do well in Q3 & Q4 too. However, there were one-off gains in Q1&Q2 due to charter flights moving PPE - which won't repeat in Q3/Q4 but still, we can expect around Rs. 4/- EPS for this year. At curent market price of Rs. 13.30/-, EXPO can easily double or even triple in value within 1-2 months.

It looks lot of trading is being done at the range of 11.90 - 13.00 levels and i think the practice would be as such until the next financial release to the market.

There will be collectors lined up to collect the share. Similar to what happened to the investors who sold at bargain prices (When Covid-19 Panic hit this Sunday) where the price reduced to 11 will loose their hard earned money. After couple of days or week share price will shoot up.

History will repeat. Wise will win. I am not typing a story just telling what happened as an example for what is going to happen. If you panic you will LOOSE.
(Fundamentally this share is very strong. I don’t see why investors should sell. Can someone logically explain a reason to sell other than fear for a share which is performing well specially under Covid.)

*Banks will be in trouble due to rate cuts and they will have to support the economy and listen to Central Bank.

*No reasons for Hotel share prices to shoot up when we don’t expect tourists

*I don’t see a huge growth in Property and real estate sector as well under a covid situation

The companies which will win,
1) Supermarkets
2) Telecommunications
3) Exports of PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment)
4) Hospitals and Pharmaceuticals
5) IT based companies
6) Possibly Investment Companies which have bought shares at lower prices during Covid and are now enjoying Capital Gains.

(Can’t comment on plantations since I don’t know anything)

If you are holding these company shares just why do you need to sell them when they are safer than FD since FD rates might reduce too.

In my view people should *Panic Buy* these shares to protect their investments from other risky shares ! 😂
