Agreed. Annual EPS will close around at 5. It should trade between 8-10 PER with time to come. 40 is only the first target.

It took almost 2 QUARTERS for RESEARCH firms to assess and indicate any PRICE TARGET which I feel is little too late. 

I personally feel, EXPO valued Rs 43/- as communicated with you all. We are too early to comment about 2022 or 2023 as the LOGISTICS WORLD MAY HAVE MORE OPPORTUNITIES. Thus, EXPO may even value beyond Rs 43/-

I reasonably agree with your estimated price for EXPO. I am sure there are hidden agenda for these valuations. First FC released the report just a day before EXPO dividend XD date. Other two companies have average the last five year PE and discounted over 50% and arrive PE ratio of 4.58x. this has done intentionally to under value the share, they have forecasted earnings for 20/21 and discounted PE times more than 50% without any solid logic. so I just made a simple computation.

Expected EPS for 20/21 - 6.00-6.50, PE ratio with industry and upward market momentum 9-10x so the Expected price would be Rs 54-60. I have ignored leisure and investment segment profit here. So ignore these research reports. Expo is fighting for its place alone and it will success. There are so many tactics are used to bring the price down but they all are failing. Do your work and decide. its is not a buy/sell/hold recommendation. just for education purpose only.
