In September BIL will be starting Investment Phase I in Port City amounting to USD 450 million with a buildable land area spanning 3.06 hectares, which is leased from CHEC to the new SPV that will be jointly managed by BIL and CHEC. This will be a significant undertaking involving the construction of one Residential Apartment Tower, one Serviced Apartment Tower, one Office Tower and a retail Podium on the ground floor. Agreements signed in last December but delayed due to passing of the bill in the Parliament.

the real support level is at 7 to 7.50
Bil with the Upside of Rs. 0.90 at the first resistant and 1.70 at second resistant. However the real support will be at Rs. 2 and 2.50 lower from the current levels.

This is the normally inquiry by the cse when some prise hikes happens.CSE inquire whether there is a basis for such a price hike from that particular company.normally the answer is that no undisclosed facts.it may be halting price advance temporaly but not a major factor since companies follow their own strategic advances.

Does anyone remember a member in the forum long ago stated that his broker had told him that BIL will touch 25/= and he named the broker firm as well. We all laughed at that post then.

I faintly remember the name as 'geesura'. Can anyone remember?

Why is LOLC FINANCE PLC falling the price any suggestions is this best price to price because Lofc,lolc and bill are same network why then lofc falling at this moment and other two going up?

Today R2 was break with strong volumes, tomorrow we could see BIL starting 12+ and reaching it's next resistant level R3. Since this is Dollar based asserts with increased dollar rate could value more.
