If LOFC is to go down further by 25% with that joining CLC could make the entire stock market to go down by least another ASPI 200 pts (last time by 360). Then the manipulators will become more and more open to the public. To avoid any allegations and to show they are clean they need to normalize ASPI back by their own way.

5.2.1 Background to the debenture issue

For this purpose, LOLC Holdings PLC(“LOLC”) has designated a fully owned subsidiary, LOLC Ceylon
Holdings Limited (“LOCH”) to operate as a platform and plans to List LOCH in the Colombo Stock
Exchange. Post Listing of LOCH, the shares owned by LOLC in LOLC Finance PLC (“LOFC”)
amounting to 44.79%, shares owned in Commercial Leasing and Finance PLC (“CLC”) amounting to
98.92% and the shares owned in LOLC Development Finance PLC (“NIFL”) amounting to 55.55% are to be transferred to LOCH.

පසුගිය දින කිහිපයේදී මා විසින් LOFC, CLC සහ NIFC සම්බන්දයෙන් සොයා බැලුවෙමි.එයට හේතු වුයේ සිකුරාදා දින සිදුවූ කඩා වැටීමය.එහිදි මෙම සිදුවූ පහත වැටීම කෘතීම ව සිදුවූවක් යයි සිතමි.එහිදී සොයා බැලු විට LOFC,CLC සහ NIFL කොටස් විවිධ % වලින් LOCH වෙත මාරු කර පසුබිමක කරණ ලද පහත දැමීමක් ලෙස ඇතැමුන් පැවසුවෙමි.
ඉන්පසු LOHC ආයතනය පිළිබද සොයා බැලීමේදී මෙම ආයතනය ඉෂාර නානායක්කාර සදා ඇත්තේ විශාල විදේශ ආයෝජකයන් පිරිසක් ආකර්ෂණය කරගැනීමේ අරමුණින් බවත් , එසේම ඔහුට ලංකාවේ විශාල සමාගම් ජලය සිදු කර ගැනීමේ අරමුණෙනි.

විශාල ලෙස පහල යාමය. ඔවුන් පවසන්නේ LOCH වෙත මාරු කෙරන ලද මිල ගණන් වත් පාලනය කර ගත නොහැකි නම LOCH හි අනාගතය කුමක් වෙයි ද යන්නයි.
EXPO වැනි ආයතන කෙටි කාලින RS 20 වගේ සිට 200 ක් දක්වා කෙටිකලිනව ඉහලට සහ ස්ථායි ව පවත්වාගෙන ඇත.
ඉෂාර නානායක්කාර LOFC මිල විශාල ලෙස ඉදිරියට ගෙන ඇත්ත එය 37 පවත්වා ගැනීමට නොහැකි වීම නිසා LOCH සහ LOFC වල කෙසේ ආයෝජනය කරන්නේද?අපගේ විශ්වාසය අඩු වී ඇත .
LOLC Group සමුහය කෙටිකාල මෙමෙගීන් වැසි ලබුවදේ විදේශ ආයෝජකයන් ඉදිරි සති 2 තුල LOLC - 37 CLC - 78 පවත්වා ගත නොහැකි වුවහොත් ඔවුන් ලංකාවේ කොටස් වෙළදපොලේ ආයෝජනය කිරීමේ විශ්ලේෂණ වාර්තාවෙ ඊලග හොදම සමාගම් සමුහය සමග එක වීමට කටයුතු කිරීමට පුළුවන.
එවිට LOCH විශාල විදේශ ආයෝජකයන් පිරිසක් ආකර්ෂණය කරගැනීමේ අරමුනට කුමක් වෙයි ද?
LOLC සමාගම් සමුහය අබිබව තවක් සමාගමක් පැමිණීම කිසි විටෙක නැවත්විය නොහැ ක
ඉෂාර නානායක්කාර සමග සබදතා ඇති කිසිවකු වේද share කරන්න අනිත් forum වෙලත් share කෙරන්න.
විදේශ ආයෝජකයන් රදවා ගැනීමට අඩුම ගැනේ transfer කෙරපු PRICE වත් maintain කෙරන්න වෙනවා .
