SEMB will get More than 700 Milion when Warrents exchanged in Nov ..
It will go In to Banking too in the near future - Thay have asked for Central Bank Licence too ...

Is it good to Collect at 2.50 levels ..some says Mr.dammika perera also interested in this at a low price ..

What do you all think ............

why do share price go up, when warrants are turned into shares?

Why not think like this way, when warrants are turned into shares, there will be more number of shares, hence there will be more supply than the demand, so could price come down?

But i do believe it would go up, bcoz of them using the warrant conversion money and expanding their services/business.

Agreed with ur views semb can shoot up really quickly. But i would prefer to collect it at 2.30

Who told you that SEMB asked for Banking Licence from the Central Bank??

As I know currently SEMB is only a Licenced Leasing Company (though I carried "..Bank" in its name. Resently SEMB has asked for RFC status (to functioning as a Registred Finance Company) but NOT Banking Licence.

May be SEMB is worth at the current prices (I also feel to collect SEMB.X at 0.80-0.90)....with a correct view ... but not as a Gold mine(otherwise the investment will be a Land mine)
