How this will effect Textured Jersey IPO...General public has lost the faith of IPOs. But TJ is fairly valued. PP also same as IPO price...It should not be a this much of disaster I guess...

This is a good lesson for everyone. Sofllogic have took their move already . but what will happen to other IPO 's in future. Softlogs made retailers for wast nightmare. Now people getting shocked even hearing IPO . May be no body will buy any shares in primary market at all.. SOFTLOGIC destroy all the IPO in future. pirat

I'm bit quite sure with upcomming 2 IPO's BINV & TJLL bcz

01. Pvt Plcmnt & IPO Same price (for both)
02. Expect bright future (for both)
03. Very high range of HNWI involvement @ pvt plcmnt (TJLL)
04. Over subscription rate were quite good than SHL (BINV)
05. Brandix & Browns are highly maintain there reputation Smile

So im quite sure both wont go below IPO price on 1st day like SHL (but after due to unavoidable reasons can go below IPO price after few days Razz

)

This is white collar crime. This could be money from ordinary people who would have used it for their childrens education or healthcare. They post advertisements in newspaper giving big hopes. Isn't this as worse as pyramid schemes.
May be central bank should warn people as they do regarding such other scams.

Since the fundamentals can not justify the IPO price, he is the only hope for those who bought SHL.. Stock market performance reflects the corporate reputation of an organization so Ashok might not wanna see his angel being prostituted at such a low price..

There is not point for calling him for help. He knew this would happened . Because they are the people who put their shares into private placement in 2010 . put them Rs.72 and split to 10. if they were a fair people they will never put these shares overvalue.(Rs.29)
