Nahsuk s replyin and askin for guidance but im posting to guide everyone1 who ve SFS. so its not a pvt conversation.

Annoyed? was it supposed to be a joke?

I thought you were seeking guidance as to the exit price whereas now you claim you wanted to guide others. Isn't your metastock displaying selling signals yet? BTW I must say a good prediction Smile

I WAS seeking guidance to exit on this and not to buy.. Smile

anyway now only i saw this ...

"Accordingly the 10% price band is not imposed on any of the securities listed in the CSE for 15th July 2011."

I would like to ask a question from those who are buying SFS at this price level. Did any one of you all read introductory document? I hope you didn't.

For your information.

Un-audited interim financial statement as at 31st December 2010

Net Asset per share -> Rs 11.32
(Page No 128)

But you are paying more than 10 times for a share of it's book value.

Earning Per share (Nine months) --> Rs 2.08
(Page No 129)
Annual EPS --> (2.08/3)*4 --> 2.77

Why you are paying more than 40 PE ratio for a share while you can buy shares from reputed companies which are trading below PE 15 (even below 10) in the same sector.

Are you all paying premium price for next five years?

Finally don't burn your fingers.

15-Jul-2011 Price Bands

In terms of the SEC directive dated 14th September 2010, the 10% price band has not been imposed on a new security considering the review period from 08th July 2011 to 15th July 2011 (Both days inclusive).

Accordingly the 10% price band is not imposed on any of the securities listed in the CSE for 18th July 2011.

@RIO : 1st u ve to know da difference between an investor and a trader. if ur an investor u can only look at the annual reports and news n buy n sell.

but bn a trader s not easy. u need to ve well experience on hw the shares trade and wat s the right price to buy n wat s the right price to sell. n u ve a thorough knowledge. most of the ppl in here are trader though they think they re investors (specially new comers) , thats y they lose money badly.

to be a trader :

Thorough knowledge on ratios
news
Graphs
ASI pattern n international mkt.
(and there s more which i wnt b bothered to tel all )

In modern world graphical patterns have overtaken financial value basis buyin. Graphical pattern can do wonders and only few knows hw to trade in that style. And here i am, dealing with graphs is ma 1st prior. n i ve failed many time b4 and i learned with all da mistakes i did. And it took quite some time to learn most.

some time knowin da no of shares in the mkt, n no of buyin occurs per day u can get a slight idea of wats gonna happened next ( bulls vs bears theory). thats da same story on SFS. but u ve to do lot depth findin on how n why. n wil it b up.. "meta stock" is one of the famous softwares but that also only few know hw to use it properly.

If ur average price 75 then I completely agree with ur decisions.
U may be the lucky guy.
If u can earn like this there is no point of bothering about fubdamentals or TA.(please consider that this statement is valid in to this situation only)
But what u are doing is very risky and when ur star is going down u might completly loose.
This time u are lucky and u can wait furthur.
Just check the share prices of TIFL and GRAN for last 7 months. U will understand the risk.

May Ur Luck Continue.....!!!!

You have to ask this question from the Two Culprits who are doing this manipulation at Lanka Securities.(Two Brokers of Lanka Securities.)

They will tell you at what level they will lift SFS!

Next trading day might be the day to exit. I would say 130-140 range depending on the momentum would be the correct exit. Watch and to trading. I 1st told to watch this on 30th June 2011 and it was at 60+. Now after 3 weeks almost double. Smile

and telling the exit price now is pointless. coz its easy.. u should ve posted this on last Thursday.. now even a small kid can guess. Razz

Hmmm.. SFS.. Though nothing satisfies me on its fundamentals, I wish I'd bought 1000 @ 75 at least Wink just for the fun of doing a short term trade..

Congratulations for the ppl who wanna buy this over 120.. U may be their obedient long term investor so God may bless you with the investment.. If you find a greater fool, u may pass it at what so ever profit Wink

Gosh.. I cant really understand that SL has produced ppl who wanna take such big risks.. these guys should be put into management cadre of badly doing companies Twisted Evil surely they'll find how to overcome with those.. lol!
