in a way its good. There is something to look forward. Else, our one will also be down couple of percents like DOW. Because of this "next week" thing (like TWOD case), every week we will be keeping our stocks without selling, or collecting bargain stocks.

there are several factors for a green market these days. ....i think better prospects in listed companies is the main reason...

Most of us seem to be optimistic about this week. It seems all depend on the decision of SEC,which most probably will be taken on Wednesday. Lets see, all well end well. Very Happy

I talk about counters with daily transactions. .......Easy to buy and easy sell later on, ....if the financials are good there are buyers..... Over a period of time........ some of those are slow rising stocks. Smile

Where there are actual buyers.....not really…about those fake credit buyers…

real ......then the stocks do not deprciate value on the long run....

Until SEC take acton to relax unwanted rules against traditional broker credit system (which was practiced for two decades without any problem)we cant expect a good run coz otherwise every day brokers will have to sell some shares without client's consent(force selling) in oder to fulfill the requirement of the SEC rules even in a dull market. This will increase the selling presure every day until revert back to the previous system. If anybody believe that present restrictions would create an investor friendly market his/her dream will never come true. Most of the ppl are every day go away and serch for alternate investment oppotunities like gold market etc. So we hope SEC would understand the issue and take market friendly decision on the brokers' reqest.
