Today I talked to broker (Asia). They told they may forced sell shares which bought on credit today & yesterday at T+10. But still no clear decision about this and interest rates for credit and need to discuss with other broker firms and SEC.

OK , Suppose they don't have enough, my question is why tomorrow . They need to submit to reports on end of month. ( If I am not mistaken )

It should be the credit used before the announcement.

I heard most of the broker firms don't have enough liquid assets but couldn't find about the ones with enough liquid assets

still no one declare the liquidity. I think forced selling will continue in the future as well cos brokers credit limits to their liquidity.

Each broker firm need to inform their clients limits ……and to what extent can they give credit ,…… otherwise force selling can affect pump and dump stocks badly……

May be this will take little time? as brokers still want T+5 settlement.

Other reason may be brokers may be confused on the directive or there will be a liquidy problem. If that is the problem then brokers with less or no liquidy problems willl have a competitive advantage and people will move towards such brokers. Then it will lead to another problem?

one or two firms going beyond limits can create a volatile situation...
