CSF & TKS with Asanga....!

Some thing fishy on Nation Lanka Finance (CSF)

The CSF is presently controlled by Asanga Seneveratne led Access Asia Equities (Pvt) Ltd. & its a well known fact that TKS securities is a Sub of AAE & Anilana Resorts TKS also headed by same Asanga...

Now the interesting point & most thinkable to stock market investors is...CSF do not possess Finance Co License....But a co named as TKS Finance at Kotte had obtained the Finance Co License from CBSL { (one Director stand on both TKS Finance & TKS Securities - Linkin) (see CBSL Licensed Finance Co Announcements on Papers)}...What is the next step of Asanga...? Selling the TKS license to CSF or selling CSF to TKS...? lets see.....!

Good stuff RIO, these sort of news, rumors are the must needed stuff in CSE. Fundamentals are not that important here anymore and with the help of DirectFN anyone can do fundamental analysis. Collections by brokers, entry by HNWI's, secret dealings in progress, merger rumors, take over bids those are the news we should share. Fundamentals are the main thing, we got our portion in our portfolio, we are not forgetting it, yet we have to adopt.. dont you guys think so?????

agreed with you mask, but one reveled by RIO, it got some sense on it, it is from planet earth, it is closer to reality, not like some other guys wonderland , out of this world stuff. rather than saying W will hit 150 in 10 days, we need news like this. it can be wrong , it can be a patta pal boru, but we can get together and discuss and find out the truth. as we know these days most of the shares are inflated by brokers, in this forum we can find members who have accounts with every one of them , so we can share those news, we can share when a collection is going on, bcoz when broker collect, they use our account too. so lets say that i am coming here and tell LSl is behind EAST , other LSL account holders can whether i am telling the truth or not, like that all the other members can reveal collections and next best thing and we can verify it with the help of others, this way we can survive. ( I am 100% sure that LSL is hitting the EAST , i know the guy too, mentioning his name send my 2 post in to dustbin by moderators )

You are wrong...I do not hold a Single CSF share...by the way did the research when I came across of a new Finance Company name on the Paper advertisement published by CBSL re-registered Finance companies.,

Then here I post the findings solely on the thinking of sharing info with other interested parties & groups...Please treat this as a news item for yourself to start more fact finding missions & do not BUY /SELL or HOLD depending solely on this info...

You can see their annual report(page 14) they have mentioned their SUBSIDIARIES AND PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES. In there Stock Broking company is named as Nation Lanka Equities, Stock Broking
(Pvt) Ltd..

And please check weekly report on CSE.LK (weekened 2011-09-02 page 15) Name change of a Stock Broker
Ceylinco Stock Brokers (Pvt) Ltd.
This is to inform you the name of the company has been changed to “Nation Lanka Equities (Pvt) Ltd.,” with effect from 18th August 2011.

And I dont knw the address of TKS finance.. but i saw the head office near Town Hall...
