This is only my view. I hope they are preparing for market downturn in USA .so what about srilankan market will also follow .
Why they sold at that price with loss. They anticipating some issue.
May be doller appreciation .

When the foreign markets go down fund managers are forced to sell becuase some investors need ready cash due to covid.

Please read Peter Lynch book "One Up wall street"

Then you will understand the market and how it react to short term volatility.

In my openion COMB N will continue to rise in ones and twos. No doubt its fundamentals are attractive, with political preasure and Covid 19, there could be some variations in their stratergies. However, in about 6 months we will be able to determine its course of action.

I have observed large crossings daily.

I think its worth buying at the current price.

most sellers are foreign funds, there are limitations, as a country like srilanka foreign debt increasing like a rocket, they never stay. rupee depreciation other thing. also credit ratings downgraded most of financial companies.
but we can't say everything applicable to local investors.

who is absorbing foreign selling ??? retail investors can't do that. local big fishes put their money into weak company?

if you observe, now a days the theme /slogan of authoritarian politician's election compaign is racism. Just like white or majority population's supremacy, anti immigrant, islamphobia and violence on protesters that are being unleashed in the west isreal and now in India, SL too is going in the same path way with an additional thing taking political revenge. its good in the short run for political gain, but it is very unhealthy in the long run for country's economy and prosperity.

@dharshi knew lot of things.
1. She/he knew how CSE front/back elements control price movements. thats her/his words i dont know what it means
2. She/he knew how to mathematically model share price (not the value, price) and she invented an equation as well.
3. And She/he was capable to find out the values to feed to that mathematical model to get the exact price.

But unfortunately , now she/he only knows to write "you wait and see".
