Lanka securities were working flawlessly so there should be broker-specific servers which atrad allows and in this case, capital trust has under-provisioned their server as I think.

Yes should be I always had issues even in normal days..

I made a formal complain to the director SEC and also personally to chairman cse. Both in writing. They called me back and saud they have sent my mail to the chairman also. Csn each of you send a complain to tushara@sec.gov.lk as more complains will help.

JKSB worked well. I think JKSB online trading app is really good compared to other trading apps available.

Capital Trust - Atrad was unresponsive all the time today and couldn't do a single trade. They had issues time to time. But today is worst of all.

I don’t believe the rumor that one of the powerful guys who handle someones money in CSE are behind those system errors until off load his/ linchpins quantities.

Capital trust atrad frustrating. Not working at crucial moments. We as investors don't get fair play to trade since system not working. Need to complain SEC. Lost alot since could not trade at right time
