My point of view. It's no point to argue upon stocks. As per LOLC shares trading, there is a good opportunity for risk-takers. Non of retailers will be in trouble if they analyze the situation and act accordingly. This is the period collect CLC / LOFC and keep waiting for the next run. That's how it all ways be.
Ps: I'm holding CLC.

I don't see any....It seems we have to wait more than a week or 2 weeks to run. If there is a positive news related to CLC, it will wake up again. I am not sure who sells a huge amount of shares. Is that bloody IN?

CLC price artificially maintained at this level by some HNWIs .

CLC event calendar,

1) SFL acquisition
2) BLI  acquisition
3) XXXX acquisition
4) Disposal of  NIFL quantity
5) Singapore listing LOCH / ASIA


CLC price should be in multiples of XXX/= once the events are triggered one by one.

Last time run started from CLC and pass the batten to LOFC. This time it seems the start from LOFC. if the CLC price break 37-40 level with substantial volume it would start the previous journey what we experienced last. Lets be patient and monitor closely.

As retailers we can do very little, when higher forces controlling the share price. Just like they hold under 80 till share transfer since December price held under 30/=.

Following fact I always guess about CLC, out of those two shares LOFC & CLC, 

Regarding CLC, How ethical Director Board could declared 1 to 1 merger for shares issued to CLC shareholders since having transaction before two months transferred at Book Value but as same date Market price for CLC arround 78 and LOFC 37.

and No any disclosure from any party regarding selling of CLC.N shares to public up to now, but we seems that there have been some party sold few locked shares based on the qty traded over publicly available quantities and there were huge transactions around 50's 40 s & at Rs 32. which retailers alone can not be buy.

with above may have near hope on CLC soon compared with LOFC.

But when comparing Net Assets model LOFC is big... but when mandatory offer does for highest price traded, how merger can be fair if it is not for every shareholders  including to the who  bought at Rs. 87/- also.

Original plan was CLC pushing over 300.

But later IN sold 10Mn to the market and CLC downgraded to 250/=.

NIFL acquisition is a huge plus point for CLC. Even SFL acquisition is a huge plus.

Currently all HNWI s talking of pushing CLC towards 150+ .

Yet as you told some unexpected thinks also possible to happen as some development seen in LOFC yesterday.

IN is not predictable anymore.
