This is not to promote this share. Even my broker also criticise me when I bought large portion of my portfolio over last 2 months. He worried about other income. Even Dr.S also bought significant qty during this quater but he reported to CSE for only small qty he collected. Due to low market activity it may not shoot up very soon. But their customer deposit exponentially increased this qtr. I hope most people here will talk about this company when it kit 150 level (mainly rally followers). But now investors time to talk...Come on guys give ur views. deleted perera also entered. I have thoroughly analysed this company. But my only worries over last 2 months was how this other income was generated? Now clear that that is not purely from the mkt...

My broker also recommend CDB @ 75/-level.but CDB going down & trade small quantity only.

How will the PE be if the other income is taken out. Please highlight if you have any information

We should remove only unrealized capital gain which is included in Other Income.. Not other income

they have 564k shares in CINS.. so unrealized gain is =41m
((Rs774 - Rs700)*564K))

Recurring EPS is Rs 9.23

Their cash flow statement shows 89 mn. It looks unrealized income. Still not sure whether they account un-realized gain to the income statement.
Any1 sure about that? Does all companies allowed to account un-realized profit to income-statement or only investment companies can account?

I have been following CDB ever since they went public, and have engaged in many a discussion on it in this forum. Today proves me right, although there's always nay-sayers. CDB is a great counter to keep in your portfolio and not look at it for a while. There might be some ups and down ahead, but all in all it's a top company which is run well and which has a bright future.

For all those who've been talking nothing but negative about this counter: go ahead, promote BLUE and GREG to glory, longevity wins!

If the Dr. S failed to disclose the significant purchases, then its a violation of listing requirements he need to inform even he buy or sell 1 share

If he bought rights, Does he need to disclose? I never saw any that type disclose.

If he bought rights, Does he need to disclose? I never saw any that type disclose.

Also as per the Interim Financial Statements he resigned from 26.10.2011 but not disclosed to the CSE so not disclosed so far.
