How I apply for that
when the allonment letter recived.. shud i sent two checks(one for rights and ther for additinal shares)?

This is clearly mentioned in the document.
Yes, you have to send two cheques and fill the necessary forms

which rights issue are you talking about here?
It's like this. You will get additional rights as a proportion to what others did not apply for. If the issue is fully subscribed, you will not get any. Therefore, the amount additional you will get will depend on the success of the issue

which rights issue are you talking about here?
It's like this. You will get additional rights as a proportion to what others did not apply for. If the issue is fully subscribed, you will not get any. Therefore, the amount additional you will get will depend on the success of the issue

I'll explain with an example.
Say a company has 100,000 no. of shares issued. It's going for a rights issue of 1:1 which means it will have another 100,000 to be subscribed by existing shareholders.
Say only 80,000 rights have been subscribed for from the allottment. The balance will be given out as additional shares if you apply for them.

Once I had 100 LCEY and was allotted 14 rights. I further subscribed for 86 shares of which I got only 1 Smile

Back then the rights were at a huge discount and very attractive

Thing is i am doubtful of applying additional because...
I made huge profits from BBH.R,Osea.R and Mara.R those depositing the CDS..
If i apply additional then i would be lose the above opprtunities... am i correct?

you remember Mara.R shoud trade Rs.2 but i have sold at Rs.11 and BBH.R soud Trade at Rs.3 but I sold at Rs.26....

You are correct but in the BBH.R0000 case it was trade more than a week and closed at the higher prise than the avctual should be...
there is something behind the wall than what we think...

yes i am accepting that i have made a big mistake by buying mara.r at high price without any knowledge...
anyway i will not do that mistake again

still i dont have much idea about right issue ,,,when closing etc etc
