PLC going to change their Name as "People's Leasing & Finance PLC"

SMLL has not moved much ;-). Observation is given at no cost. Most of my stock investment life I had no one to help or give advice. So I presume an opinion/hint should be valuable to many to study to see what I said is true or not and decide. Not blindly follow.
