We had penny stock run, chicken run, speculative run but some fundamentals are very slow to move despite having very strong valuations.

DOCK, ALLI, LFIN are very slow to react to this bull market. Why is this?

I sure hope some big buyers comes for ALLI as I really want to cash this out as in profits before market head south!

You have identified some fantastic fundamentally attractive stocks .

ALLI is trading a PE of 4.5 nad around NAV. Also they pay decent dividend. I have been holding this share throughout the bear ( when I see improving financials what can I say I am a holder) and bought a little when it hits the lows in june to sept. Just 2.4 Million shares in market. A fundamental illiquid, A rarerity.

DOCK is an unique and a strong company, presently effected by the global shipping down turn but ship building is making up a bit for the lost revenue in ship repair ( higher profit usully). A company that earns mostly in $$. A proud entity recognized internationally. Trading at attractive PE about 8 and decent NAV for its sector.

Though LFIN BV is about 2 ( there are better one right now), this is one of the fastest growing/revenue generating companies I have seen. Trading at about PE of 5. Their ROE has been fantastic over the last few years. YoY though I do not expect phenomenal growth in FY 2013 like the past 3 years or so, their performance is something to be admired. CFIN is going to have a run in the future for the 1st place with LFIN. I read somewhere that CB recognized LFIN to be lower risk company right now ( need to find that article).

Stocks trading below the sector multiples are fundamentally sound.

Definitely the above mentioned stocks (DOCK, ALLI, LFIN) are fundamentally sound and the prices may appreciate. by the time of posting this;
DOCK, up Rs.10.40
ALLI, up Rs.39.10
LFIN, up Rs.5.00

Since all the penny & retail stocks are moving up, there should be a run for good stocks (most of the good stocks such as COMB, JKH, SAMP, HNB, NDB, DIST..etc.. have gone up already).

Market is presently trading at a PE of 12.5x. Market RSI on All Share Index is about 92 (market RSI is not the everything).
