If anyone interested read SLstocks post on his fb page
People don’t like to admit pump and dump when they have put money on this gambling stock and are on the losing side. But sad reality is that a lot of small investors will get caught at the top. No one will be there to save them from losses. Looking at the order book today it’s difficult to see this going back up again any time soon. I’m sure few people might dislike this post coz everyone wants to see this bull run continue. Stranger things happen at CSE so who knows what will happen. Know what you are doing if anyone enters this high risk stocks.

Year on year Industrial Asphalts (Ceylon) PLC grew revenues 166.06% from 151.25m to 402.43m while net income improved 1,025.06% from 15.78m to 177.52m.

I agree with Revenue income increased 166.06%.
I would like to highlight reasons for net profit significantly increases. 197Mn gain from the revaluation of investment property. net profit 181Mn and excluding revelation gain, the net loss is (16Mn). ASPH profit shows via revaluation. don't expect each year revaluation gain.

ASPH'S 6 months EPS 0.002cents and NAV 0.29Cents. net profit is 6.6Mn. they are suffering from financial problems. see cash flows and they paid half of the profits as interest exp. they never earn more than 20Mn profit per year excluding revolution gain. how can expect more?

ASPH no of shares over 3.7Billion. if ASPH earns eps 0.10, they must profit more than 370Mn of profits per year. they cant earn at least 20Mn profits. the current level, so dangerous,.. be careful newcomers. better to avoid this kind of shares with CMP. it better takes 0.20 cents -0.30 cents level.

above you mentioned revenue increased 166% YOY. you really miss cost of sales ?? cost of sales increased by 224%,here no cost-effectiveness.

People who buy this share, deserve to get burned their fingers. Even with slightest financial literacy, they should able to understand what kind of company this is.

earlier i positive with past price level. now too much higher. be safe. i prevent such shares. see my comment 25 sep. 2020. any times, it will reverse. be careful.

2 days, I told people, very soon it will reverse. today, it's true. I saw so many funny TPs for ASPH in FB pages and YOUTUBE channel. Next times, I will copy it. actually the truth, few f them play the game. now, you have a few times to exit. otherwise, you will lose entire. have lots of potential value generate stock in CSE. why people like to lose at one shot. we cant explain this like a risk. this a trap Crying or Very sad.

Share price is not supported by financials. It’s heavily over valued now. Please read some other threads about ASPH on this forum for more details.
If you like to earn money by buying crap you should also be prepared to stink when you hold it. Please invest in more fundamentally valuable undervalued companies for the highest gain with minimum risk. CSE is not the best place for gambling if you are not experienced.

Hey @Kipling
The market is fluctuating too much these days.. cannot decide on a price point to re-enter CFLB. I wish I had not sold earlier.. one of my few regrettable decisions over the past few months. Lacked the patience.
I’m mostly buying very few undervalued stocks these days and taking profit from the ones I hold. Will wait for market corrections to enter some solid stocks again. The current battle for supremacy will die down soon after the reports are out and then will be the time to decide which stocks to buy.

As of the status of the order book today, doesn’t seem there’s an upward momentum. Problem is there were too many buys at 0.20 and 0.30 for a long period of time. People who bought at that price can easily sell off even at > 0.5 and still get a big profit. That’s one reason you now see many selling at 0.7. There needs to be more buyers to absorb these selling but I feel due to the sudden drop retailers will be afraid to touch this share. Good luck if you are trading this. We don’t like to see anyone losing money. Be wise and trade quickly.

Just imagine the opportunity cost of holding and averaging ASPH, with no fundamental backing or earnings...shares with good fundamentals and earnings potential are doing well (DIPD, RCL, VONE, COMB etc) and you could have made huge gains with that money and still have confidence that your investment is secure than asph. Even we saw asph skyrocketing but we didn't get in, Y? Bcos it was probably be someones pump and dump.

This is a gud lesson for all u guys who are stuck with asph. We also have learnt the same lesson a long time ago, so now we stick to shares worth buying and holding.

For ppl with a small pct loss, I recommend sell and get out and invest that money in gud shares which r still without much attention. For others with big losses, well I hope it comes a day when u can exit at least at breakeven.

So it seems that many news traders are struggling with ASPH. I also don't see a point why the share should reach 1 or 1.2 rs again in near future. I would also recommend, getting out of it (realize the loss ) and enter a share with strong fundamentals.

around 205Mn ASPH shares dump into the market at an average price of 1.30

What a Shame

how they are doing a dirty play.

Even ASPH not worth it 10Cts but they make 1300% profit from 10Cts stock

End of the day CSE control the small investors in so many ways

G.Ramanan had got majority of this shares in 2014 at rs201. Didn’t see him making purchases post the 1:4500 share split. With the split his cost per share was 0.04 cents. Now selling at average 1.20 he has made a cool profit of 235million this week.

I can imagine him waving at his shareholders and saying thank you come again!
