ඔයා මොන වාගේ වෙළෙන්දෙක් ආයෝජකයෙක්ද? අගය අගේ කොට සලකන කොටස් ආයෝජකයා අගය සලකා බලා ලස්සනට කොටස් ගන්නවා. එයා රේකා, පෙට්ටි බලන්නේ නැ. එයා ව්‍යාපාරයට අනාගතයක් තියනවහානන් එම ව්‍යාපාරයේ කොටස් ගන්නවා. උදාහරණයක් වසයෙන් මේවගේ අය 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013 සහා 2014 කොටස් නිතරම ගත්තා. සමහර අවස්ථාවලදී අපිට වැරදිවෙන්න පුළුවන්. පසුතවෙන්නේ එපා. හරි කොටස් එකක් හෝ දෙකක් අවාම සතුටුවෙන්න පුළුවන්. ඔබට සුබ අනාගතයක්!

If you dont like to get a high risk buy blue chips. You can get a good return in mid to long tearm if market perform well.

On OSEA (Courtesy of Nation Lanka):
In their recently released financial update OSEA reported a total Revenue Growth of c.57% yoy highlighting the time lagged revenue recognition process of the company mainly for their premium development-The Havelock City project. The second phase of the development is now complete with c.100% revenue recognition post construction of two luxury residential towers viz. Layards and Davidson comprising of 218 Condominiums and several penthouses. Both the towers are now ready for occupation with the Havelock City project completion expected to come to a close behind schedule in 2017. The company’s EBIT grew by 35% in Q214 compared to Q213 whilst the Net income grew by28% in the same period of time.

.... We expect the Property Sector to grow in tandem with the economy in the medium term with the economy expected to grow at a healthy 7% with an increasing demand for quality apartment units and premium office space. OSEA is bound to perform well in this market with new phases of Havelock City project expected to cater for both demand types by way of quality apartments and new premium office space.

The forum is virtual library in that respect, so many topics are there and if you find little time on daily basis to read and understand..... i am sure you will become an experienced investor in CSE.

Its very easy and cost effective to form a new company and become the 100% owner and thereafter build the business. If you want to form a company and own it it cost only Rs 50,000/=. Buying a listed company is far most costly and complicated with Takeover and Merger Code which compels you to make a Mandatory offer to other shareholders.

To build a business it needs time and effort, but if you got the right products and market then you could easily hire professional management by paying top dollar and make things happen very fast. If you are keep on going to collect stocks it is good with only fundamentally sound counters like REXP/VFIN/LLUB/CTC/NEST/JKH/CARG/CSD/HDFC/SFL..etc

Despite going with fundamentally sound counters make sure that you are picking right stocks at right time & make sure to exit right time without falling love to those.

But remember to take necessary actions once BULL change in to BEAR... Shocked
