For about 3 years the hotel is closed. They say they are still constructing the hotel.

Still under construction. i think next year only they will be able to start, this is what i can say from what i have seen so far from the constructions that is happening.

This should be one of the slowest refurbished Or reconstructed star class hotel in the country.

But now its not the correct time.
since there s are lots of active stocks, no point in
putting money into future potential stocks now.
Better collect this in a time of major pullback.
Its in my radar !
