Yes Raj, I got another 1000. Can't be so greedy to wait till 185.

Yeah.... But what I smell is the big shots controlling the price at 190 level and trying to grab the warrants at very low price. So I doubt this is going to continue until the warrant sub division date.

It's interesting to see how its going to move after the sub division.

JKH could have active period toward second half of this month and first week of next month. Until then we may see some sort of volatility in this stock. These types of situations create opportunity in other stocks especially for value hunters

If I buy JKH 22 @ 20, cost at the conversion is Rs. 20x1.0112x7/8+ 161.87 = 179.56
When buying JKH N @ 190 I'm paying Rs. 190 * 1.0112 * 7 / 8 = 168.11
Gain within 5 months is 6%.

We can get little shares only if we go with JkH.N but for the same amount big quantity can buy from warrants. Then return is high. Please advise.

Yes, you will get higher returns from warrants in a upward movement of JKH.N, and also you will end up in a huge loss if normal share is in a sharp decline or the warrants are closing to the conversion date.

Below chart shows the close relationship between the behavior of JKH.N and its impact on ASI during past 6 years.

It’s noticed that even though we all expect ASI to break all time high during this year, sudden dip in the JKH price has disturbed the momentum of it.

But, we can expect a positive bounce back of JKH and as a result ASI as well without taking much more time.

Hope for the best.

I can see JKH.N is a good buy technically.
190 is strong support levels for anyone.

Worst case it has 186 and 183 levels. But it's very unlikely to happen.
Not more than that.. So no need to worry much..

After subdivision it will become more active. Besides, month of July should be very bullish.

There are broker updates weekly and monthly basis. You should able to find P/E ratio for every sector there. Other method is you can find it in your annual report.

Say XYZ share trading @ 20/=. That share earning is 1/= (EPS) so we can say PER 20 (1X20=20) twenty times over earnings.
