Last two days strong collection was done with HEXP.
Some one collected strategically from last month end to this month end with a well plan.
Only 30 days to end this quarter so there will be a nice ahonuncement possible to come with HEXP.
HEXP is one of the lowest issued shares so a big chance is there to share split.
HEXP new asset value will be above 90/- rupees with this land disposal too.
HEXP this time trading pattern is very strong as we are in a high turn over market at the moment.
I'm sue this time it will break it's 100 / barrier.

The latest jargon are impending asset revaluation, asset disposal & deals. This started with EMER. Have we forgotten.

Invest wisely on fundamentally strong stocks which are supported with valid reasons justifying its intrinsic value.

Agree with you Samaritan. High degree of speculative trading is going to kill the speculator at some point in time. Little bit of speculation based on fundamental backing is always advisable. Unfortunately some members are polluting this forum with over speculation & manipulation at the expense of helpless retailors.

Well said, Teller on the forefront in manipulation and riding on others back, Harinsilva23 already caught Tellers tail and dragging on, he bought 4000 QTY of HEXP because of this supporting Teller to trap others in HEXP to be the same fate

Anyway wisa gora srapa selling perches at 100 level Grantley clear next week. It's nothing now . And available to see money laundry.

However hexp definitely moving unbelievably time to time . As well u can see lots of fantasy trading style.

This is the reason for HEXP movement. Time to time HEXP takes rests. We know by experience.
Rs. 420 million is the proceeds from land sale. We assume that the maximum tax of Rs. 50 million and the net proceeds will be Rs. 370 million (Please correct me if you have an accurate figure) . It's time to look for HEXP once again. It must past 112.50 low weigh barrier as I expect.
HEXP only 20 days to close this quarter . I hope a good announcement from HEXP.
Technically HEXP is very bullish to enter now.
Smart investors are collecting slowly.
As I said it should update 130plus levels.

HEXP is the golden stock ever seen in the history of CSE, but only thing is time to time this type of promotion is needed when ever HEXP's price slips.
Now PV inner showing bullish 112.7, Asset sales proceeds exceeding 420 million, if they deposit the money at bank @10%, share holders automatically will be credited with the interest.
If they invest in any other thing you will receive great dividend of cents 49 subject to tax.
No one should talks against this HEXP, so good shares.

FURTHER VERY GOOD NEWS FOR INVESTORS OF HEXP

Investors who are eagerly awaiting important announcement re sale of and for Rs. 420 M giving a net profit of Rs. 215 M as indicated in the last quarterly report ending 30 June 16 are in for a further good news.

Bontera Lank Ltd joint collaboration with HEXP and Bontera Wailand GMBH Germany has been receiving large orders recently which would substantially enhance profits of HEXP. It is observed from quarterly report of 30 June profits of Bontera Lanka Ltd account for nearly 55% of net profits of HEXP. Bontera Lanka Ltd which manufactures stitched blankets, for eco-friendly solutions for applications has a very good market especially in EU.

50% net profit received by HEXP in the past are as follows,

2015 2016 1^st quarter ending 30.06.16

5.9 M 14.2 M 8.8 M (annualized Rs. 35.3 M)

Under the new development net profit of Rs. 55 M to 60 M could be safely assumed despite absence of actual data. It is observed from last quarterly report ending 30 June 16 profits from Bontera Lanka Ltd account for almost 55% of net profit of HEXP.

Accordingly estimated net profit are revised upwards as follows;

2016/17 sale of land EPS Rs. 22.84

Normal Operation EPS Rs. 15.00

Rs. 37.84

2017/18 EPS Rs. 20.00

What is now significant is predicted price of Rs. 200 during current financial year could be justified solely from normal operation completely ignoring net profit of Rs. 215 from land transaction. Estimated price of Rs. 200 would be reasonable with P.E. of 13.3 far below the PE of 29.3 on 26^th August under consumer durable and apparel category.

This reconfirms the widely believed opinion HEXP is the best share during the current year which can give a return of 100% at current price level of Rs. 101.

HEXP ‘s revaluation & disposal of the asset is one off action this is not going to recur every year, this sales proceeds came after losing part of the business asset of HEXP, this is not from the HEXP’s operational earning or Profit cannot be included in EPS calculation or not distributable as Dividend.

Profit came from this disposal is the difference between sale price and its net book value of the HEXP's lost asset, If HEXP wanted to buy this land again they have to pay more than this sales proceeds value.

If they include these sales proceeds in this year’s EPS calculation next year, there will be depth fall in EPS value.

Next year any one comparing the EPS with this year’s financial report will be disturbed and sudden selling pressure will be mounting on HEXP shares next year after the next year financial data released.

Any prudent concepts following accountant or board of directors won’t include this sale proceeds in EPS calculation or distribute as dividend. Teller himself declared as an Accountant, Is he Egg- countant masquerading as Accountant with Pools & Loose? Like Engineer or person working near engine as Engine near?

First when HEXP was at 65/- massive propaganda was undertaken by broker firm agent Teller citing its future performance in the financial report and hope was created about rupees 5 to 10 dividend, after the financial report released. But HEXP offered beggars dividend of Cents 49 and that too subjected to Tax

Suddenly to divert the tension of 5 to 10 dividend talk, Teller took the asset revaluation and disposal in his hands and again with massive propaganda was undertaken by Teller, this time he said the sales proceeds as 420 million and EPS going to be high rocketed, fixed the HEXP target price as 150 but his boss started to download @97 was the history.

Now once again he is creating the image of big dividend from these sales proceeds and citing future financial data for the sake of his darling boss Bartleet.

Now he is saying if they deposit the sales proceeds of 420 million in bank at 10% interest they will get huge amount of income, this is similar to if JKH succeed in their conversion of JKHW0023 they cold deposit this amount in bank and get huge amount of interest income, if their water front project succeed huge profit will come and so on, Here Teller and his boss can’t manipulate the JKH, because though JKH is a fundamentally strong and back bone of the CSE, but huge amount of shares in the market, manipulation is very difficult.

In the case of HEXP it is an illiquid stock with massive said propagandas, only few quantity is enough to push up or push down the HEXP with big price margin.

Earlier same way one broker firm dumped ALPH when it was traded at 3/- they took massive propagandas with Dammika’s deal story and fixed the target price as Rupees 6, but that said broker firm dumped the ALPH @ 5,now ALPH is trading@ 2/-.

All the promoters of ALPH suddenly disappeared and changed their ID profile with new one, some of them are now in HEXP promotion with new ID profile they are now shouting they can’t tolerate my post and saying all are feeling the same and branding me as a ugly smelling duck, racist and doing insight trading.

But interestingly he doesn’t know what is the insight trading or meaning of the racist, only he wants the protection under insight trading act or racial act for his HEXP promotion and manipulation. These promoters are trying to prevent the others views or opinions in this democratic country to push up and dump their HEXP, They want only mass followers for them   .

So far Teller has placed more than 1300 HEXP advertisement for this illiquid stock, whenever if he notices the HEXP price slips, he will immediately come up with new post saying PV inner shows bullish 99, sales proceeds 420 million if they invest in that and this……. and so on.
What is the PV inner value? Is this common criteria accessible / known to all of us? If I said in my imagination of Share radar scan shows bullish 9*8.2@78 or if I said this as an American in-house built software exclusive for international companies. Will you accept this?

Be ready to surpass 110 levels with 99.876 Percetage towards bullish trends.

Nothing will happen. You downgrade HEXP the same way I justify hexp .

HEXP is not like before . It's going on based on fundamentals now.

So no need to Hesitate buy ,Hold Hexp

Teller VS. Miss S. Interesting to know how long this debate would carry on.
Readers can intelligently pick up the positive & negative facts out of on going battle. Eventually only one would be the winner not the both. It is unknown yet to whom majority of investors place the trust.

Teller is using Blue Blooded fake ID profile to promote HEXP, and saying himself as Accountant, but he has no knowledge even in basic accounting rules and using HEXP’s 27 September 2012 data to manipulate as year 2016 result, along with Bartleet’s internal management reports data.
Yesterday the entire forum viewers witness his 27-9-2012 HEXP link as 2016 and he accepted his manipulation.
Some of the forum readers are still thinking he is as a high educated, noble person with moderator capacity.
