Oversold Market Forms A Double Bottom In The Absence Of Capital TRUST From The Market!!!
With Capital TRUST purchasing out of the market for a good part of the 1st three hours of the trading day the indices hit a double bottom. With RSI’s at wartime lows the market is well poised for a sharp turnaround at the current level. US and European market crashes are now almost certain to happen (pl. see the S&P 500 chart in Index Charts attached). We can expect a plenty of foreign funds to shift towards the emerging markets and ours is without dispute the best and most promising market in Asia where any foreigner could come and invest conveniently. Despite the forced selling by brokers with T+5 problems most of the popular stocks still display Parabolic SAR and MACD BUY signals (with the exception of CLND & PAP which are going through a serious consolidation process).
In the absence of any significant company specific news or economic news expected in the market popular stock playing may continue at the market during the coming week as well. RSI’s of ASI & MPI daily charts are both at an absurd 23 and 22 and a turn around should happen! ASI and the MPI which have been edging sideways since last September have now definitely reached a bottom. RSI’s of the ASI and the MPI which were nudging on the threshold of the oversold area have now entered Oversold Region in earnest (well below30).
TA Signals Summary list has been improved with the addition of new securities. It now comes in two sheets and will soon cove r the entire market (all shares and warrants). For the benefit of those using our TA Signals Summary list regularly we repeat here the important rules for guidance:
1. BUY only when a BUY signal appears on the daily chart of a stock with high volatility with BUY for Monthly status and BUY for Weekly status.
2. SELL on the first appearance of a SELL signal on the daily chart.
