What is the ASPI under the Finance minster who honoured by reputed Bank

if he is so good All stock market Indexes are cumming down

When market was comming down under Thilak Karunarathne Last govt removed him appointed Dr Godahewa You know what happen after that under same Economic Management environment

If Finance Minister is so best why can't he remove TK and appoint suitably qualified young professional like Dr GODAHEWA
