In a downward trend market investors sould buy blue chips instead of risky stocks. Why worry about silver when gold is cheap. Also construction companies are currently struggling. Most of the construction is takeover by Chinese companies. Have a look at the port city projects. See what had happened to MTD Walkers see what had happened to Fairway Group. Most apartment projects are at a standstill. Only survivor at this stage is Premala and PRIME.

Why Not JKH or Hayleys
JKH is the most famous prostitute among foreign investors. Young Ken Balendra is likely to screw up the business in record time giving opportunity to divest JKH assets that will give Capital gains. 
JKH is selling all their assets to fund Cinnamon life with or without Casino licenses.

JKH buyers will eventually will have Cinnamon life. Cinnamon life will not eventually be able to be the No1 in the presence of International hotels. So JKH at 150 is a sell for me. But project delayed and costs higher than expected. To pay back huge loan to standard chartered it will be difficult because expected income from cinnamon life delayed !!! So JKH will not grow as before until cinnamon life performs. Also they can issue more rights issues to get money. Anyway JKH is sell signal for Maharaja too. Only reason JKH is staying this level is because Harry, captain, etc are buying to keep share %.

Thanks. we are on the same page about JKH. Let the master manipulator Rusi Captain keep playing is buy and sell orders through different brokers with different corporate names. His left hand does not what is right hand is buying or selling. He resigned from the JKH to continue his adventures. I am looking forward for his next adventure before buying JKH for sure.

After JKH 150 support breaks. ASI will crash !!
