This was the hit stock during last hotel run. Under th most diversified group in Cambodia. They hav subsidiaries all over th world. After rights issue this hotel and her parent will benefit alot. Think long term !

SriLanka receives 51,594 tourists in the 1st 10 days of Aug 2023, increasing the daily average to above 5,100

I expect 100,000 tourists & $450 mil income just for August.

You can imagine the hotel earnings in the next quarters.

Hotel sector will benefit from a falling interest rate as it reduces the cost of debt and encourages more customer spending.

However, not all hotels are going to perform in a similar manner. I have invested in two world class hotels. One is having a rock balance sheet. Waiting for market weakness to add more.
