RICH has good future with government water for all projects

CIND and Arpico PVC (That is RICH group) are the two main manufacture of PVC pipes and fitting in sri lanka

CIND price went up from Rs 70 to 100 within few weeks

RICH still around 15 and can to go 20

PVC operation may become one their top income earners for the next 4 years. Their rubber Plantations will have an increased demad with the new tyre plant and expansion of Kelani Tyre. Price should move beyond 20 for sure

Net asset half of current trading price. Upto 6 months performance is good, but not exceptional. I noticed followings,

6 months performance
Gross profit level is same as 2019
Admin and S&D dropped - (may be due to pay cuts in salaries and commissions due to Covid)
Finance cost dropped - rate drops due to Covid

I see the total increase in profit 1bn is from Admin and S&D drops.. So once situation comes back to normal these 2 will increase drastically...

Isn't it too risk to enter at this point ???

Please share your thoughts and If anyone details about budget support level to this company???
