Today I spoke to the Group Accountant of Citrus Plc, and asked him about the CITK trading halt, he told me that Kalpitiya beach resort share was suspended Bcoz, after the amalgamation this share will become as CITH direct after the amalgamation proses, but the other two companies (CITW, REEF) which are involved with the amalgamation will come under CITH group. those companies will act independently. and also he told me it will take one more month, so the CITK Trading halt will be lifted end of August. This is for you dsam.

Then why Citrus Waskaduwa (CITW.N0000) is not suspended yet? Which should also to be converted to Citrus Hikkaduwa (CITH.N0000)

Then why Citrus Waskaduwa (CITW.N0000) is not suspended yet? Which should also to be converted to Citrus Hikkaduwa (CITH.N0000)

I asked this question then What the Accountant told was the CITK will merge with CITH direct., but CITW will function as a independent entity, in that group.

Collect Citrus group Shares, restructure program will be completed on 29th of January, once the announcement comes CITH, CITW AND REEF Shares will move. buy now and wait for the announcement. Very Happy

Noted following points post restructuring
1. Revaluation of properties of CITH, REEF, CITW, PBR is due in 31 March 2018 which is expected to release in couple of days
2. EGM approves unutilized IPO funds to be used for debt settlement which is more than 50% of CITH debt outstanding. Further sell of CITK property to settle CITH loans will ensure debt is settled around 80%. This will significantly improve eps.
3. Sell of CITK property will reverse a minimum of 17 MN of revaluation reserve to retain earnings.
4. Directors who never had CITH shares now getting shares due to CITK conversion
5 Shares of CLND deferred revaluation of approximately 1bn will come in coming quarters to financials as Associate company
6 IPO prices above Rs 17 in 2012 which is used to settle debts for which now we can buy below 7.
7 RSI oversold region
Minus
1. Not sure the upcoming p&l
2. Still high selling pressure. Don't know false orders to make price low
3 revaluation results not known
4 shares high volatile
I'm collecting. Pls do ur analysis b4 invest. I forecast a reasonable upside

Reef net asset 28 to 35 cith net asset 21 to 25 loan to be settled 1st week of June.

Now all are coming true. CITH must reach above 10 to come its normal price. REEF will pass 20.

Now no need to worry, and they have settled all their loans and that is why it is collecting. So be positive.

Between 7 and 8 one billion was bought by some one. So CITH will be above 10 soon.

Good luck!!!!

They sold Kalpitiya and money is in CITH. So there is much value in the sector.

CITH is the best and NAV is 24, REEF is moving above 20 soon
