People worrying about why reef prices going down.Yes it should be, for me same co trading with two different names in cse with the help of wonder of asia people. Reef lovers say their main sub star hotel came to market. ok what ever I feel,holding co price should come down after their favorite sub came in to market.

Not only that conversion of w's may cause REEP holding co EPS to decline.

According to the announcement, it has been fully subscribed. While trying to figure out if it was underwritten or there were last minute applications from related party, note that there are shares already issued before the IPO as well which can trade.

Then by 15th it got fully subscribed.

Whoever, he will exit with more than 50% gain within 2-3 weeks.

It happened as we expected. It was a small share issue.
The person(s) who bought it needed just 110 million.

The price was too much for us. Even people who expected this had no money to buy and hold.

They made it a success.
Most probably they may take it to higher than IPO price in the mkt.

BTW, Hikkaduwa BR is a nice , functioning hotel at a best location; worthwhile to acquire with a premium .

(current EPS and EPS growth is not considered)

I am not sure whether actually it was fully subscribed. We know what happened in CITW,CITK.
I guess someone just applied due to an agreement with REEF. Later REEF may buy back shares that can't be sell above 20. Please be aware of it.

REEF group has so much potential if they can put their plans to action and reap results. But right now REEF too is a speculative share.
