anyway price is ok to enter,,,1.60 - 1.80 range,,,,,,i also have the same expectation that this will move up to 2.30 range easily...happy trading.

I have over 1 million average 1.84 . I will subscribe for rights as well. and sell over 2. some say deal at 2.70 ..some are saying 2.30. GL. Unclear if rights will be after or before sell out. either way I'm very bullish on this counter.

I feel transaction will take place before right issue and it will be on the Right Issue Price only.

Rights issue dates are not announced. two scenarios to look at. Indian company buys majority stake from AAF for Rs.2 +++ before rights and subscribes majority rights. In this scenario share price will appreciate pre rights and then when rights come to the market it will adjust accordingly. Second scenario Indian Company buys stake for Rs.2+++ after rights have been subscribed by AAF. In the either case an appreciation will take place. GL

Yes one out of two options had to take place.

My guess is they will buy below 30% from ACAP, then will apply for the rights issue to get the control and then make the mandatory offer.

Interesting question will be at what price the transaction to be take place, since right is priced at 1.60/=

Aubery Perera, there are other issues we need to look here as well, what is their intention or what % they wanted, if they wanted just 51% then, the price will be lower, if they wanted more than 75% then it will be different price they need to offer, also need to see the implications of the minimum float.

Whether after taking over the control, whether they want to buy more companies through this?

Am expecting 100% return over next three years, if it hit before that, I ll sell at that time, my expectation is based on the following factors.

But a kind request to all members, don't follow my style and burn your hands, do your own studies and if you are satisfied with the ur study invest, if not please stay away

Different papers and brokers and some websites predict that the deal will go through at 2 or above, but my strong feeling is that it will be at 1.60, I might be totally wrong and will be happy if am wrong.

Clearly go through the balance sheet, you can identify certain things, anyway I wanted to get to know what is the investment property they have, if anybody has the knowledge please share it, otherwise will wait till Annual report to out

They made one off capital gain last week, which will not be repeated again though

With the rights issue they will get the free cost working capital, so they can go for quality lending at the competitive rates, am sure the rights issue will be success, either new investor or the Asia capital will take their rights.

If a strong owner comes, then banks will offer them better rates, compared to the present rates, they are almost debt free as of now, also if the good investor come in, I feel they will get some credit lines as well.

So am positive about it, but please do your own studies and invest, don't lose ur hard earn money.

Will do it during the course of the day, while I wanted each members to do their own study, because it's their hard earn money, at any circumstances I don't want them losing the money, because of my thinking or opinion, am not on credit and am invest the amount, where I can absorb the loss or I can hold it for a long period.
