Don't know the details, I have read that cse/sec had some investigations about GREG. I think this is about it.
If you search for Greg in the search option you might be able to get more details

No body can get a fair view of GREG by these jealousy and biased forum bullies. I think they missed the bus.

In fact after taking control of CLPL and DPL by the GREG they were able to make both profit making entities. even without doing big changes in the top excecutive level or the rest of the workforce.They just infuse Good managament with modern thinking and significant amounts of funds to aquire needy assets and other inputs. I greatly admire that.
However some investors are not happy yet about the adequate transperency of transaction taking place with other foreign companies. May be if they take necessary steps to convince the investor about the action taken by them to follow good Accountancy Standards/practices properly investor confidence would be strenthen and people will start dealing with this counter without any hesitate.

Those who caught the bus, can you explain me this,

1.why they postponed the Greg warrant conversion, out of which parent company holds 90%?
2.Did they turned around their susidiaries as they boasted?

This is a dying company. I dont think brokers and jokers oxygen can save it.

Thats why they postponed the warrant conversion due on june. Can you give me any other reason?

Watchout for number of warrants lionhart owns in future financials.

If these scammers had their way for another two years CSE could have been another Dhaka.

In my post I have mentioned that I am not a Greg lover. So I do not want to defend them.For the same reason I do not want to argue with.
What I have told is just please give us reasonable fact if u have them as that statement is very serious.
If people really believe that statement there will be a panic selling and mostly retail investers will badly get affected.
Of course that u have right to mention ur idea....Then at least say 'I think.....
