Of course regulators should also be blamed for the situation, however their letter alone could not create this magnitude fall. HNWI also have blood on their hands for creating panic.

HNWIs may have blood in their hands but what triggered the downfall was the circular and now the SEC is blaming the CSE for the blood bath.

Operation successful but patient died and now its blame game.

Also i feel HNWIs are vital to a market that does not attract any foreign inflows.

Most guys are taking and wasting time with complex fundamentals and vivid analysis about stocks.
But all those so called information is not useful ,and whole waste where market is dying as today. Even new IPOs what for this kind of market continuous. Core issue is bringing back sentiment only.

True. IPOs will turnout to be big failure in the prevailing market sentiment. The market may hit ATL (All Time Low).
