It is seems Teller's boss placed 2Million fake buy order of EXPO @27 and same time he was downloading his EXPO above 27.50 on others heads, now he withdrawn his 2million buy order after pouring his EXPO on others heads over Rs.27.50

Not sure who own this order or it was fake or not. But those 2 million at 27 was executed. Not withdrawn.
