Hi Captain, your observation is one way of thinking which is also correct. Always applaud your contributions to the forum which I admire

However, there is another way one can think which is expectations based. For example, certain assets in the world such as gold, cryptos, etc values are determined based on expectations.

Also, some STOCK which are connected to HISTORICAL HIGH GROWTH PROJECTS in the world or country may have a correlation to the share price. For example, TESLA price is not 100% supported based on fundamentals but people perceive it as a future stock by assessing the change in car market dynamics to electronic.

Similarly, PORT CITY is the GAME CHANGING ECONOMIC GROWTH PROJECT of SL which is planned to add 15% to the GDP.

BIL has STRATEGICALLY PARTNERED with CHEC and they were AWARDED USD 1.0 BILLION worth of construction projects by now. Furthermore, MARINA SQUARE development is also to be AWARDED as per confidential sources. There are many more growth driven informal information flowing related to BIL which is of course will be available in the market once those happen un the market.

Fundamentally, BIL have an ASSET VALUE Rs 4.72 per share. However, BIL is current earnings is not reflected any of the above yet as per my understanding. Hence, I see much more depth in BIL share value on a going concern basis by considering above facts.

@ON THE MONEY

As declared last December BIL partnered with China Harber Engineering Company (CHEC) to build phase I of the CIFC Mix development project. Total investment for Phase 1 is about US$450 Million and the building area is 3.06 ht.

Other than the above what are the other relationship between Port city and BIL? If any please disclose with evidence.

1) "BIL has STRATEGICALLY PARTNERED with CHEC and they were AWARDED USD 1.0 BILLION worth of construction projects by now." What is the source of this information?

2) What is the US$ 1 Billion investment made by BIL in Port City (as you posted on 4^th June)

No one can stop others from dreaming (or speculating) …. but should not allow misleading others!

In September BIL will be starting Investment Phase I in Port City amounting to USD 450 million with a buildable land area spanning 3.06 hectares, which is leased from CHEC to the new SPV that will be jointly managed by BIL and CHEC. This will be a significant undertaking involving the construction of one Residential Apartment Tower, one Serviced Apartment Tower, one Office Tower and a retail Podium on the ground floor. Agreements signed in last December but delayed due to passing of the bill in the Parliament.

the real support level is at 7 to 7.50
Bil with the Upside of Rs. 0.90 at the first resistant and 1.70 at second resistant. However the real support will be at Rs. 2 and 2.50 lower from the current levels.
