Further update on S&PSL 20 my favorite INDEX....

There are 3 possible scenarios for the BULLS assuming the UPTREND continues we should see few more points Up, then we should see the initial profit take that could bring the INDEX down.

Medium to Longterm the TREND should form few Harmonic patterns in the run up to Longterm possible reversal zone.

CT has given more Margin to BUY shares Smile

I am not going to touch the Margin, Its very dangerous know.

So we should see more BUYING on Margin Balance

Its HIGH time CTC & NEST both Go for a SPLIT

This will increase liquidity as more retailers will attract to both counters.....1:2 & 1:3

Will the Big Players like it....

In the long run both parties will be happy...thats my opinion....

Due to liquidity yes the Share Price can fluctuate to find a good support for the 2 counters but at the same time will bring much anticipated retail participation.

Can any one work and confirm on hypothetical scenarios for the following Stock Splits and the resultant

CTC @ 1170 1:2 or 1:3 =585 or 390
NEST@ 2000 1:3 or 1:4 = 667 or 500

Because I am not familiar with the calculation.

It need not be 1 always we could work out different possibilities 5 for 4 etc

The circled RED Candle last friday perhaps indicated that some were taking off their profits to close SPSL20 to clse in RED. Come monday we may see a DROP another RED day or two that should not close below the LAST LOW. Thats important. If i may Time the DAYS lets say from Wednesday to Fridays we may be able to see massive GREEN candles. i mean INDEX should appreciate wonderfully that would close (abc) correction 3 wave on the EW pattern. Hopefully drunken

I wish we could be in this state of the market for some time, so that most can collect on what ever they can (fundamentally good picks) But will Mr. Market wait for us....

So i dont see ATM anything get alarmed of another BEAR hiding in the Corner for his ACT is not in the script ....i would say NOT AS YET Smile

1 or 2 Bear Cubs will come and go with soft grawl.....the GRIZZLY BIG fellow is in hibernation for sometime.

Trade with care
Select S&P Index shares that should complement very well.
Alternatively other strong counters you may think will be added or ought to add in next years SPSL20 INDEX.

The following is the VONE chart.

There seem to be some selling going on, A break below 15Rs may see Rs 13 that would be a 2Rs drop. I am more bullish biase on VONE to test the Rs 17/-.

All what we need is a break out to the HIGH.

we should be cautious on fake break-outs, so trade extremely careful.

I would be happy to collect another lot in the 13rs level. Smile

Well the Market does not behave according to my thinking in reality, but i thought i can now play with some fancy patterns on VONE.

That is to have a smaller Head & Shoulder bottom in a Big H&S. Will this be a reality, only time will tell.

That pattern i am seeing is totally hypothetical, so do not confuse it with your decision making.

I am not trying to influence your decision by any means......

But if we can develop a program to detect patterns well in advance before such formation BASED on HIGH PROBABILITIEs , wouldnt that be fantastic Smile

I do remember me and small were able to detect the H&S of JKH when it was trading around 180 before the upsurge, this was some years back.

one should be able to find that posts where discussed on lengths if he or she could dig into my HPP old thread from the beginning.

I dont like to trade on JKH when its direction appears less certain on Technical PoV.
The Risk Reward factor is too narrow to get in to this trade.
So i dont like to burn my fingers when the Big Sharks playing their Game.
I rather wait for calm waters to get in at the right price on JKH.
It will look much easy to enter for smaller fishes like me, when all the news and other issues have subsided.
