We write to inform the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) that the Board of Directors of Bairaha Farms PLC have decided that whenever there is surplus liquid funds available within the Company, to consider investing them in residential/commercial properties, land and buildings, when suitable opportunities arise. Accordingly, these investments, if undertaken, would not be in areas directly or indirectly related to the " poultry industry.

BFl reports great results for the quarter, qtr EPS is 23.

Also June quarter is typically considered off season.
2023 can be a great year for BFL. Full years EPS should be above 75 easily. Currently trading at PE 2.
Bargain price to jump in.

Good collection today and yesterday, I expect the share to break all time high within the next 12 months and chicken run should start any time soon.

There is a possibility to trade BFL even 500 level within 3 months,

Maize, Day old chicks, breeder farm & many more things with their hands. They are the most stable Poultry sector in the country. Even the very tough condition eps of first Q is 23. Tourism industry should be bloom in coming months. earnings should be rather increased in coming quarters.

Engaged in providing support services to the joint venture companies by purchasing and then leasing agricultural lands for setting-up poultry projects.

Normally BFL's last 02 quarters are the best, because of Xmas period, festival season and Sinhala New Year period and the tourist arrival season.
Looks BFL going to be report their history highest EPS for the ongoing FY 2022/23.
Earlier highest EPS reported in 2016/17 as 43.87.
During ongoing reported 06 months, they generated 39 EPS and looks year ending figure possible for 75 or 80 plus.
TTM EPS already 72 and it looks next 02 quarters are more positive.
Currently They have NAV of 333.
CMP 159 only.
So trading below the 2 PE.
I guess, BFL can produce more than 80 EPS for 2022/23.
minimum of 4 PER can be possible and my valuation will be 75 or 80 EPS x 4 PER = Rs.300.
Analyze the above earnings pattern and it will shows everything.

Historical highest EPS in line to produce for 2022/23.
See the 06 months performance .
Can believe this EPS . Already 40 EPS for first 06 months. Always their best quarters are Q3 and Q4.
Tourism boom.
Hotels performing .
Xmas, Festival , New year seasonal are going on.
Check the chicken prices/egg prices in the market .
Mostly they will produce exceptional EPS during their second half.
