There is a big difference 2019 vs 2018 ernings. As per 2019 revenue genarations based on ARR and occupancy , its look like star class hotels suffers a lot. Touching shares are in hotel related is a risk. Remember arrivals and occupancy ,2 different scenario. If want to know more contact me personally

Ahungalla is one of the best hotel plc but don't expect them to make any profits. They have a huge over head cost which can't be controlled. With or without gusts they have keep hotel running which is extremely costly

it's nothing to go further down, and along with the ASI accumulation, shares would readjust to the price where it was. If you are in position to buy them now, we could urn some in this readjustment.

Please correct me. Share price should be depend or represent the performance of the company. Not the index. Investors look at companies earning and debit. Not overall index

Worst time for Hotels. Just recovered from the Bomb attack and now again Corona. Not sure how long it will take to recover from current situation. In my view, shares will further go down. Watch carefully and enter in the correct time.

What your saying is correct. But ASI fluctuation taking place overall price adjustments of individual shares. So like the way ASI going down as per share prices decline, similar pattern can be applied for other way round too, up to a cretin limit.

We identify 18 tourist source markets as highly impacted by COVID-19 infections. Based on 2019 arrivals, this accounts for ~49.0% of total arrivals. Source markets currently experiencing escalating impact of the virus account for ~65.0% of total arrivals for 2019.

Only spen and jkh hotels will serive this thing quickly. Others will take years to recover. Some small hotel chains will go dark. So it highly recommend to buy hotel chains which have other income

Inbound tourism boom is on the cards once the airport is opened in November. KHL announced their Winter bookings reaching pre-covid levels. Also they have embarked on a new project jointly with Indra Traders to build a new hotel 'Çinnamon Red' in Kandy.

Tourism, Aviation and Health authorities are working out modalities to keep check on covid once the airport is opened for business. In the meantime with overseas travel restrictions the local hotel industry, was attracting local tourists to keep them afloat.

KHL is a share worth keeping an eye on!

Have a nice day. I want to visit your country.  For work.  However, I also want to spend my time with pleasure and comfort.  I don't know if it's polite to ask here. But I'll try. I see you are discussing some pretty interesting topics here.  I want to join with questions.  How well is your infrastructure and tourism industry developed? I am especially interested in the adult male tourism industry. Do you have any services.  escort services such as emerans.com ??Can you recommend something? Is it legal at all?  I do not want to violate the rules and laws of your country.  How do you generally relate to such things?
