LOFC rights issue price is Rs.4.65 and LOFC current market price is 3.80.
 Any prudent investor won't subscribe for this rights issue. 
Then rights issue failure will cut by the rights issue QTY of LOFC 
thus chances of LOFC price upward trend is possible after this Singapore sale.
