Ha ha, Cant see any wrong with all these comparing with all other companies, 15% - 20% payout each & every year ? Is that what you mean " less dividend " ? Capital Infusion ? How much he put into the Company in last 5 years ? 10 Bn or 5 Bn ? I thing it was only 700 Mn for recent rights issue.

they have to take a decision before July 2020. if they going with de-listing they have another 7-8 months to implement. I think they have to start soon.

Market is pressured up, with political stability envisaged by Nov 16.. It will be difficult for them to hold the price down now to get the delisting at the lowest price offering.. It would save them some money to do it sooner than later

I'm following this share closely, De-listing price will be between Rs.5.80 - 6.50.
If not delist, NAV will be Rs. 6.10 @ 31st March 2020. At a favorable Mkt condition Share price has to touch at least the NAV. ( In 2011 it was more than 2 times of NAV )
Entering below 4.00 is definitely Zero risk.

De-listing process is on track, But cannot tell an exact date.
Anyhow price must be above Rs.4.65 ( Rights issue price ).
As they have not paid any single Dividend to shareholders they may go for a premium price ( More than NAV ).
Also note public holding is only 5.73% & that is only 280 Mn shares.

It will make sense to delist before the election. GR is leading in the polls and ifhe wins, the share will sky rocket. A lower offer price (which will save them money) will be attractive when tge trading price is at a low.

CLC.N is trading at 3.60 - 3.70 level, NAV is only Rs.2.77.
Any Guesses ? De listing ?
