@invest Thinker Can you share where you found "acquired (India & USA) entire GLAS holdings except Sri Lanka (56%).  " Because we also do research in official statement it says , USA, India and Sri Lanka

Piramal Glass has only 4 manufacturing units kosamba,jambusar,(India)Missouri(USA),horana (Srilanka)so if u divide 800 by 4 its equal to 200mn dollars. but the deal is going to be @1bn valuation so for 1 manufacturing unit its 250mn dollars.

and also Piramal glass has 2 decoration plants each in the USA and India. so if we add them too 1000mn/6=166mn dollars each

Ignore the above dumb calculations. I just wrote it because the comment I was replying has stated it as a highly unlikely scenario to get 51 mn from 1bn, I know each plant has valued @ different prices.

IM not expecting a buyback(my personal view) cuz this share has huge potential
to grow in the future due to the expected limitations in polythene usage.

This USD800M+150M thing was revealed on December 03rd.
