Pristine Glas Pvt ltd incorporates in 06.11.2020 and appoints two directors namely, Amit Dixit and Mukesh Mehetha. both 2 directors are working in Blackstone Group-India Pvt equity. Pristine belongings to Blackstone and establish a new entity for managing GLAS business in Sri Lanka, India, and USA.



don't keep any doubt regarding GLAS. current price level so attractive for entering. I highly believed GLAS will give you more than 50% returns with the current price level. if they delist share, it will give 100% returns.

As I earlier mentioned so many things have to be disclosed. before selling Pirama Pvt ltd, they valued each separate entity and they paid USD 1Bn as a whole. before transfer business, BS needs to reveal acquired value than the nominal value. The acquisition price was given guaranteed for investors. asap they will announce a mandatory offer. I believe, 20% of shares will be acquired. separately value each entity and transfer Piramal shareholding percentage to BS. can't say clearly say, because everything is greek due to non-availability info. need to original contact conditions & terms.

another thing is, BS paid for the settlement debt component, in purchase consideration. 3rd or 4th qtr, will disappear debt component and inject to capital infuse as equity @ acquired price. will increase NAV and EPS.

Everyone seeks to BS acquired prices. they ignored the future potential value of the share. new market developments and innovative technology will so far benefit GLAS.
