Check if you can register on Huboi global, cex.IO or Binance. You need to link your credit or debit card to make purchases. Once your account is registered, verified (typically phone verification), and bank/card details are registered successfully you can trade/buy on those platforms.
As I’v heard it’s not easy for Sri Lankan based folks to register due to monetary outflow restrictions in SL.
You can refer Tellers academy YouTube channel for guidance cz he has explained how to get it done

If you have a CEX.IO account then check if you can link your debit/credit card. If you can then depositing and withdrawing money should be possible. If not then SL cards are blocked due to regulations.
You can buy BTC and some other coins except BNB on cex.
BNB you can buy on Binance platform.

If anyone is trading with crypto watch analysis of crypto anup, forflies, sheldon evans YouTube channels for guidance. Has been very useful for me to pull out my money in time and buyback on down trends. Can do quick trades these days with the volatile but uptrend market. Do only if you can take a risk and understand the patterns.
Also consider the transaction fees in your calculations.
